Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Shawn yesterday. I was told about in salon after going on our community board, The Jenkintown Community Board, as I live on West Ave. I am a red head. I had requested 'you', Declan, but you were not available. I showed Shawn several pictures and I assumed, according to the pics I showed her, she would approach the highlighs using a mix of red shades.. She did not. My color is very flat and I am very unhappy. I left unhappy but I paid the full bill.
