A power surge caused our dishwasher and oven to stop working so called Randy who came out the same day and then promptly ordered the parts while still here. Parts arrived two days later and he was right out to fix both appliances. Easy to schedule appointments, prompt, detail orientated and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend, would use again!
